PREVIEW: County looking to take the brakes off their away form

Stockport County take on Leamington FC in a second consecutive away game this Saturday, with The Hatters aiming for their first away victory of the campaign after defeats at Spennymoor and Salford.

The Opposition:

The Brakes are back in Northern football after a two-year hiatus in the Evo-stik Southern Premier, the club were promoted to the sixth tier last summer after defeating Hitchin Town in the play-off final. Based in Warwickshire, the club are one of the most southern-based clubs in the NLN.

This season, under the management of Paul Holleran, Leamington have had an indifferent start to the season. A brilliant 2-1 victory on the opening day of the season was quickly followed by three defeats to Tamworth, Southport and Kidderminster to leave the club in 17th position after four games, one point behind County.
