At 427, Brackley Town had one of the lowest average attendance in the National League North last season (higher only than Curzon Ashton). This is despite an impressive campaign, whereby they finished higher than The Hatters and missed out on the play-offs spots by a single point. Their finish in the upper echelons of the division was their highest ever and they’ll be looking to go one better this season as they begin their seventh campaign in the sixth tier of English football.

The Saints play their home games at St James’ Park, a 3,500 capacity ground and whilst not the most glamorous of stadiums in the division, it is a nice little ground with small covered terraces at each end of the pitch, a covered main stand and plenty of places to drink locally (including a social club). Last season, tickets were priced at £10 for adults and £5/£3 for concessions. The journey down to Brackley takes roughly two and a half hours, one of the longer trips in the division.
