One in, one out at Edgeley Park

County have been busy chopping and changing their squad this week after the arrival of Oldham youngster James Hooper was quickly followed by the announcement that Scott Spencer had left Edgeley Park to gain more first team football.

Scott will be wished well by all players, coaches and supporters as he leaves the club, and will be remembered fondly for his goals against Chester, Fylde and Altrincham during our time in the national league north.

Hooper, a young striker that has made 2 appearances for league 1 Rochdale, has also been on loan to FC United this season too, scoring once in 3 appearances. He’s been described as an attacking winger who can play on either side of the pitch and will look to score goals for a team currently heavily reliant on Danny Lloyd.
