Saturday’s home game at Edgeley Park saw Karl Ledsham play his last game in County blue, with the midfielder putting in a typical performance to help the Hatters to a 3-0 win over Gloucester City.
Despite only being with us for two thirds of the season, Karl has endeared himself to County fans. Memorable moments for Ledsham included his 40 yard lobbed goal against United and his last minute header in front of the Cheadle End against North Ferriby to put us 1 nil up earlier in the season.
Karl will now travel to America to coach football. We’d like to wish him all the best for that endeavor.
